SMASH'S OWN JOE HEUERMANN IN WEST DUH MOINES Most people know 2 things about Joe Heuerman: 1) he works part time screen printing at SMASH, and 2) he's an international sex machine. But a lot of people don't realize that Joe is also a full time art student at Grandview, AND recently won BEST OF SHOW at Grandview's annual art show. That's right, this hunk of man-beast has more talent than all of us at SMASH, and we all make a lot more money than he does (though to be fair, being an international sex machine does pay pretty well). This week we are dedicating our entire newsletter to Joe Heuerman, and having him help us sell our new West Duh Moines shirt by super-imposing his head on someone else's body (which was all his agent would allow). Joe wins the Stanley Cup of art at Grandview University with an incredibly introspective piece The Best of Show is not something that the faculty at Grandview University (formerly Grandview College) throw around lightly but when they saw this stunner from SMASH's own Joe Heuerman, they literally begged him to accept the award there on the spot! Joe's unique style of art is rooted in his german and swedish heritage. It is also rooted in his creative mind which he uses when he screenprints shirts at SMASH.
